Possible cause:

Outlook client Rollup Update downgrade – eg. windows updates installs RUX while server is stil in RU(X -1)

Indication:

Outlook client plug-in throws an alert with message: … <storenotconfigured>

Solution:

Run the command: outlook.exe /resetnavpane
